satisfies the desire for spicy heat, a distinct cilantro and tomato flavor, along with just a hint of a smoky finish.  The secret is the use of Chili Tepin, a pepper that has both heat and a unique flavor.  They are very small, "pea-sized" peppers, only grown in Sonora, Mexico.  Although not always readily available, and very expensive, it one of the main ingredients of our hot salsa mixes. Over the past 25 years, hundreds of people have requested these delightfully hot, spicy, salsa mixes be made available, so the unique flavor can be enjoyed by anyone, whenever they want it.
